Capabilities / From drawing to test
Capabilities, from tank body to tested assembly.
We provide the drawing-led route needed to manufacture, connect, assemble and check a chemical-tank package.

01 / Tank body
Shell courses, cones and transitions.
Forming and rolling decisions are reviewed against the supplied geometry, access and assembly route.

02 / Connections
Nozzles, manways, flanges and supports.
Interfaces are coordinated around position, clearance, weld access and the agreed connection scope.

03 / Assembly
Agreed valves, interfaces and staged fit-up.
Complete assembly is planned so connections remain accessible and the tank, frame and agreed items can be checked as one unit.

04 / Testing
Capability is not the same as design rating.
In-house hydrostatic test capability for the tank body is up to 0.8 MPa, subject to the customer drawing and agreed test procedure. It is not a universal working pressure.

05 / Scope boundary
Higher requirements receive drawing and licensing review.
Where the required scope exceeds the internal boundary, qualified external cooperation may be proposed without presenting another party's qualification as StelTank's own.
Who owns the process design?
The customer owns process design, service conditions, medium, capacity, geometry, design pressure and governing requirements.
Can you start before detailed drawings are shared?
Yes. We can begin with a project overview and sign an NDA before detailed drawing exchange.
What happens when a requirement is outside the internal boundary?
We review the drawing and licensing boundary case by case and may propose qualified external cooperation where appropriate.
